You’ve spent years pouring into your career, your family, and everyone around you — but now God is calling you to pour back into your spirit.
You’ve mastered productivity, but peace still feels out of reach. You’re showing up for everyone else, yet your soul longs for deeper connection, clarity, and fulfillment.
It’s time to strengthen your faith, elevate your mindset, and create a life that reflects the woman God designed you to be — bold, balanced, and beautifully aligned with His purpose.
Let me Show You How!
Hi, I’m Kashana Ruth — author of Empower Your Faith and founder of Women Cultivated in Christ.
I help faith-driven, career-focused women reconnect with God, restore balance, and rediscover the peace that success alone can’t provide.
With over 12 years of experience in nursing and 4 years as a nurse practitioner, I’ve combined my medical background with my spiritual expertise to help women find balance, clarity, and peace in every season of life.
After years of chasing goals and checking boxes, I realized that external success means nothing if your soul feels unfulfilled. That realization led me to create Women Cultivated in Christ — a movement designed to help women prioritize God without losing sight of their personal ambitions.
I’ve seen firsthand how exhaustion, stress, and striving can drain even the strongest women. But I’ve also witnessed the transformation that happens when faith becomes the foundation, when women learn to invite God into their schedules, their decisions, and their dreams.
Through Empower Your Faith and the BOSS Method™ Framework, I’ve made it my mission to help women build lives that are both purpose-filled and peaceful, rooted in God, balanced in priorities, and overflowing with clarity and joy.
Because when you let God lead, your life doesn’t just change, it becomes everything it was meant to be.
You don’t have to choose between success and surrender. I’m here to help you cultivate both in Christ.
"As a woman who has walked through many seasons of uncertainty and challenge, I can honestly say that the principles I teach my clients have transformed my own life. By grounding my faith in God’s promises and aligning my daily actions with His purpose, I’ve found the strength to overcome obstacles and confidently step into the calling He has for me. When I fully centered my life on God, it became clear when He called me to transition from my career as a nurse practitioner to starting my own organization for women. Now, I help other women discover who they are in Christ and the call God has placed on their lives. I am living proof that when you empower your faith and trust in God’s plan, He will guide you to places of peace, purpose, and fulfillment. I don’t just teach these principles—I live them daily, and I’ve witnessed how they can radically transform lives."
"As a Mother watching Kashana pour her heart into Empower Your Faith has touched me deeply. This book reminded me of the power of prayer, the beauty of resilience, and the importance of loving yourself as God loves you. I believe it will bless countless women the same way it blessed me. As her Mom, I’m deeply Proud 🥲 ~ and I know this book will empower many women. Great book, by a great author. 💖"
“This book is perfect for busy moms like me, who want to prioritize God. I love the practical tips that are short and effective. If you’re thinking about buying it, just do it! 💕”
"Empower Your Faith, I believe, has given me permission and the license to my faith in guiding and connecting me closer to Our Almighty Creator's Blessings 🙌And His word🙏🏽 Especially occupying and gathering being with others. This builds up and makes your relationship with our Lord stronger. This allows us to keep the peace and love, claiming calmness to deal with tribulations and prevail in controlling difficulties."
“Empower Your Faith is an inspiring and beautifully written book that truly spoke to me. One of the things I appreciated most was how the author openly connected her personal experiences to the stories of different characters in the Bible. Seeing how she related her own challenges, doubts, and victories to theirs made the message feel honest and deeply relatable. It helped me realize that many of the struggles we face today mirror the same lessons God taught through those biblical figures. Her storytelling made scripture feel alive and relevant in a whole new way. Overall, this book not only strengthened my faith but also encouraged me to look at my own journey with more hope, understanding, and purpose.”
"I love this book, I’ve really been enjoying it! The chapter about keeping your faith strong spoke to me the most. It’s helping me see things in a new way, and I think it’s a great read for anyone needing some encouragement! 10/10 would recommend!🙌🏽🙌🏽💖
“Living in a world that demands so much of our time and attention, Kashana offers a very simple but intimate example of how we can meet with God privately.  "Creating space for God....isn't just a cute idea; it's a lifeline." ~ Kashana Ruth. I am so proud of you, and I love your heart!!”Â
"Empowering Your Faith impacted me in many meaningful ways, from being more consistent in my devotional readings and my prayer time with God. I thought the strategies you shared throughout the book were helpful because sometimes I overthink where to start- so I decided being consistent first is where I needed to be. The "Real Talk Moment" were definitely pearls of wisdom, and one of my favorite parts of the book. The one, "Don't curse the blessing you once begged God for. Gratitude changes everything.", was a reminder for me how blessed I truly am. Overall, I could relate on many levels from being a follower of Christ, wife, mom, NP, and overall a woman who is finding herself in a different season of life that sometimes feels uncomfortable. Remembering to practice gratitude, as the book suggests, helps me come back to center and realize I prayed for the things I have."
"Let me tell you all how I have been blessed by this book just in the initial reading of it in the 1st chapter one of the things that Kashana does an excellent job of is allowing us into her life to show how the Lord has blessed her and guided her steps Now that the scripture says that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony one of the things that I love about when she's telling her testimony is her transparency and her vulnerability and sharing specifically what has happened with her in her life to bring her to the point of writing this phenomenal book…”
"This book was truly amazing. Every woman who is a believer of God should have this book in their household. Chapter 3 and many others really stood out; however, in Chapter 3, it talked about: Recognizing that you are royalty. (Isaiah 62:3, NLT). I can truly reflect with this scripture. My parents would always say love who you are and the skin you are in. Because no human being is an accident or a mistake. Our God created every soul uniquely. Growing up, I didn’t look like most of my classmates. Light fair skin, straight hair, wearing the latest name-brand clothing, and having an allowance. I believed all that meant richness and rightness. And oh boy was I wrong!! I’ve been told many times that I am an approachable person. I’m glad God set me apart from others. I was able to see through the darkness. Through God, I am able to bless others when they’re in need of prayer, guidance, or just a shoulder to lean on or a lap to cry upon. God put you in places where you are needed. It feels good to offer prayers or guidance or any other resourceful benefit for those in need. When God talks, I listen. I don’t have to be wealthy, glamorous, or famous to be royalty!! I’ve been wearing the crown God blessed me with for years!"
"Empower your Faith; so many great things about this book. Niece, I enjoyed how you incorporated some of your life stories before you grounded yourself with God. I find myself reflecting and opening this book over and over again. I love how you included the Matriarch of the family: Elinor Phillips (AKA), my beautiful mother. Growing up in the Phillips family was a pleasure. Our parents (AKA), the late John T. Phillips, built a strong foundation for us. They set expectations and principles as we grew into adulthood. We didn’t have a lot, but we had one another, and that was a lot! Lol… They taught us how to be respectful, use manners, love, forgive, how to protect ourselves, resolve conflicts, say please and thank you, how to pray over our food, and for each other. Faith was in the center of everything!! My daddy stayed glued to the Bible. Studying the word, quoting scripture. And reading scripture during the good and bad times. This man worked 2 jobs but always made time for that Bible. We didn’t always attend church. But we knew of the Bible and its meaning. They had 10 children, that’s 10 personalities! Sheesh… better them than me! We had so many cousins and friends who loved hanging out at our home because there was guidance, love, and support, and tons of fun!! My parents were married for over 55 years before his death. They truly valued their wedding vows. I’m sure there were days of blood, sweat, and tears. Maybe the thought crossed their minds of giving up or walking away, but they didn’t! They remained strong in their faith and loved each other till there was no more. I could go on and on or even write a book on our upbringing. My point is: incorporate the Bible principles in your daily lives and share with others. My daddy always shared Bible stories with us, because in the long run, it helps to see your family and strangers differently. For example: showing kindness, being honest, and helping those who need help. Jesus says, love one another as he has loved us. May God continue blessing: The Author, KaShana, and her family!"
